Submit a proposal 2.5 years before the event.
Must be endorsed by your regional society (APSCOM, ESCOM, SMPC).
Proposal reviewed by the ICMPC Executive Committee.
Present approved proposal at Business Meeting.
Plan budget, venue, and program in collaboration with partners.
Deliver conference, proceedings, and post-event reports.
