We are delighted to announce the first event of the ESCOM Lab Meeting Initiative, a new series of informal online meetings showcasing research from music cognition laboratories around the world.

 

Our inaugural host is the Music Psychology, Music Performance Science, and Music Performance Teaching (MP3) Lab at the University of Melbourne, Australia, led by Dr Solange Glasser.

 

Founded in 2020, the MP3 Lab brings together researchers exploring the psychological dimensions of music and its impact on individuals and society.
